Hello everyone!!!

I know I haven't posted here for some time, but I felt compelled to share the news: after much hard work, I have opened a raw restaurant!

And what a cool thing, to be able to share knowledge, ideas, possibilities, and delicious food with other people. It makes my soul so happy.

I've gotten so much help, support, and knowledge from everyone online (mostly this forum) when I first started going raw... and now, with the help of some truly wonderful people, I have been able to create a flesh and blood place of networking for the area.

Everyone I have met on my raw journey has been so inspirational. There is nothing but love in the raw movement. And it is so cool to see, that when you put good things out into the universe, they do come back.

I remember logging in here daily, to read threads about gratitude, and other such things that really deeply impacted my thinking. The way bad mental habits fall away when I take the time and care to accept myself... wow... going raw has cleaned me up in so many ways!!

I could ramble about how happy and thankful I am forever!!

Anyway, I would like to extend the warmest invitation to anyone whoever decides to pass by the area to come and share the fruits of my learning:

OH man! Look at that menu! I eat plums, apples, bananas, peaches, and salads. LOLOL

So excited to have a raw restaurant in my area. Will be visiting shortly!! Menu looks great. Will bring friends and family as well.

That is so amazing! My dream on day is to open my own vegan restaurant, I just applied for am online school to get an associate in business!! Im so scared and excited at the same time How did you go about opening yours? Was it hard? Do you have any advise?? Sorry for badgering you with all these questions. Visited your restaurant yesterday and took my parents to celebrate a birthday. They are not raw and my mother has has colon cancer and has many dietary issues. The waitress was very helpful and patient with them, explaining different ingredients etc. Beautiful setting and delicious food. The tiramisu was wonderful! Will be returning whenever I am in the area. Congrats!
