Raw Dried Mulberries

Anyone tried these, just got them today been wanting to try them for ages and there damn tasty. Very sweet, chewey and almost white chocolate creamy taste.

Good nutritional profile also.

Where'd you get them? The only ones I have seen(I'm in the Upper Midwest of the U.S.) have been in Arabic import stores; not sure how they are processed.

im in the UK and got them online from a uk store.

But ive seen a few stores online across the pond that sell them. There damn moreish though, i went through 100g for breakfast.

haha sorry it means addictive. Decent amount of protein in them also, low fat, carb rich, high in vitamin c, k, antioxidents such as resevatrol, iron and fibre.

now to try these dried incan berries hope there as good

they grow wild on my grandpa's farm. They are amazing to just pick off the tree.

I have 2 trees loaded with them now they will be ready in a couple of weeks.

I always eat them fresh unless some of them dry on the tree or ground I always wait till they are black and sweet.

Fresh is the best.

Buy a small tree in a year or so you will have plenty of them.

Dried fruit is always sweeter more concentrated with calories and of course sweetness.

The best dried fruit off the tree or vine is a grape about turn into a raisins so sweettttttttttttttttttt.

theres something about raisins i cant handle lol, when i used to find them hidden in currys etc put me right off them.
