Simple Smoothies and blending tips

Date: March 24, 2010 04:17PM Hello Raw Food Experts!
I'm putting together a little smoothie recipe booklet for my local health initiative and wondered if you had any nice smoothie recipes you would like to share. I'm keeping it very simple and fun, mostly fruit, nothing too scary for 'Joe Public' who may have never really made a smoothie before. So, no cordiceps, he-sho-wu or algae etc HAHA!! Also, any general tips you have would be appreciated - think REALLY obvious - I've included things like being sure to add the most liquidey ingredients to the blender first, that kind of thing. Thank you! xxx Free Newsletter: [bit.ly] Facebook: [www.facebook.com] Instagram: [www.instagram.com] Blog: [RawFoodScotland.co.uk] Re: Simple Smoothies and blending tips

Date: April 05, 2010 05:15AM I think that the best general tip is to cut a ripe pineapple into little chunks and freeze them on a plate so that you can break them off a little bit at a time. Then, every time you make a smoothie add a few chunks of pineapple. Re: Simple Smoothies and blending tips
