Re: Spicy cravings ?

The intent of my last thread wasn't to talk about "cooked foods". I apologize if it came across as misleading. I was wondering if anyone had any raw suggestions on overcoming it? Or if anyone else has had this problem and could offer advice?

I keep craving spicy-ness and don't want to crave it anymore nor do I want to use it as an excuse to eat cooked foods.

Blend red bell pepper, tomatoes, maybe jalapeno, and avocado for a spicy dressing.

I really enjoy a juice I made with seaweed, celery, carrot and a couple radishes, then I blended it with tomato and a few drops of tabasco sauce... you could put more or less depending on taste, or use another source of "heat" entirely, like jalepeno...

Im not sure how to stop cravings for it though, I love spicy stuff, and never feel better than the day after i eat so much spicy stuff I sweat like crazy...lol... I think it may be the cleansing from all that sweating...

Oh, mirror in the sky
What is love?
Can the child within my heart rise above?
Can I sail through the changing ocean tides?
Can I handle the seasons of my life?
