30 Day Trials

Date: August 03, 2010 04:26PM I've been thinking recently about how far from the mainstream I've swung during the last decade. Because I've been able to get out of my ruts, I've explored areas that 90 percent of humanity never really delves into, and it's been a blast.
A huge part of my success stems from my ability to change habits and learn skills through the rapid development inherent in 30 day trials - throwing yourself 100 percent into something for a full month and then stopping to evaluate. Through 30 day trials I've tested veganism, raw foodism, running, improved my social network, and done tons of other fun trials. I've written an article about some of my successful 30 day trials and how to adopt your own here: [www.raw-food-health.net] I'm curious to hear if any of you have used this method, and what some of your best 30 day trials have been. What cha got? Re: 30 Day Trials

The only 30-day challenge I've ever done has been going low fat raw vegan November 1, 2007. I guess it was successful! Swayze [www.fitonraw.com] Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
