Making my own raw "buttery" spread...

I was brainstorming and thought about this possibility: coconut oil with perhaps a bit of hemp oil for omega 6, turmeric for flavor and color, and sea salt. It would solidify and I could spread it on stuff. I even thought of chopping in raw garlic and dill for flavor! Has anyone made a raw "butter" before?

I have used coconut oil but just plain, it was enough. I've used avocado as well, that's lovely.

Remember, the fat we eat is the fat we wear. So if your lacking in fat, add in small amounts each day and by the end of the year, you'll have more body fat.

Oil is 100% fat and gets stored as such. Sometimes of the year I eat more fat to store a bit for a bike tour etc.

Now I wish that was true for me DurianRider. I'd love to be a bit bigger, I've never liked the look of skinny girl but it doesn't matter what I eat, skinny girl I is!

I was just thinking that a bit of nutritional yeast would impart a rather buttery flavour to a coco oil blend.
