Anyone here with reactive hypoglycemia who has been sucessfull on the raw foods diet? If so, I would like to hear what your typical days diet is like.

My past two attemps were using the 80/10/10 and my blood sugar would drop down to the low 5o's. Not a good feeling.

Thanks in advance for your advise!
Denise

reactive hypoglycemia is partially due to a deficiency of chromium, have you tried supplementing chromium?

Chromium polynicotinate is the best type but chromium picolinate is also good.
