Ive been out with Lance a few times. He went vegan to help overcome his chemo therapy. He has a good friend called Rip Esselstyn www.engine2diet.com Lance put his name on the back of Rip's vegan diet book. Lance aint that fussed these days but still eats high carb, low fat, low protein to stay lean and cardio fit. He drinks quad lattes. Friendly guy at chit chat level but didnt want to get more in the topic of promoting dietary change for the cancer patients.

Do I ever slow down? Id put money on it that I go to bed and get more sleep than you do each week. winking smiley

Sleep, carb and hydrate hard to live hard.
