Date: February 19, 2011 10:09PM I think the 'bottom line' is.....Raw Foods contain Enzymes, but they are not Digestive Enzymes. However, they allow our body to use much, much less of it's store of Digestive Enzymes to process Living Foods as apposed to Cooked Foods......WY
P.S. David Wolfe mentioned Dr. Howell and his enzyme research. He found when our digestive enzymes are depleted, our life is over. Do I have a 3rd Grade understanding of the situation? Help me out here. Re: David Wolfe on enzymes..
