Is it true that most raw foodists don't drink herbal "tea," because boiled water isn't raw?

Everybody does their own thing with this one. I drink tea and always will, some herbs and roots need to be heated to that point to release their medicinal properties. Some people drink sun tea.

I see no reason not to include them, pretty much all herbal teas have a wealth of health benefits.

Best to stick with the caffeine free variety's such as rooibos, nettle, dandelion, jiaogulan etc.

Chamomile is great i agree, although shouldn't be consumed daily for extended periods as can cause ragweed allergy.

Chamomile is from the ragweed family so can be a common allergen in some already, but yeah if consumed daily for extended periods in some individuals it can become an allergen. Short breaks if using daily would help eliminate that.
