Date: March 12, 2011 09:30PM Is it true that most raw foodists don't drink herbal "tea," because boiled water isn't raw? Re: herbal teas

Date: March 13, 2011 09:24AM I see no reason not to include them, pretty much all herbal teas have a wealth of health benefits.
Best to stick with the caffeine free variety's such as rooibos, nettle, dandelion, jiaogulan etc. [www.amlaberry.co.uk] Re: herbal teas

Date: March 13, 2011 10:47AM Chamomile is great i agree, although shouldn't be consumed daily for extended periods as can cause ragweed allergy.

Date: March 13, 2011 11:59AM Chamomile is from the ragweed family so can be a common allergen in some already, but yeah if consumed daily for extended periods in some individuals it can become an allergen. Short breaks if using daily would help eliminate that.
