i skin brush my face lightly every day .. clean it with a hot wet cloth end of day followed by a cold wet cloth

keep hydrated , stay away from processed foods

in the winter when my cheeks may get a bit dry from the wind ..i use a bit of almond oil massaged in

i ALWAYS where sunglasses outdoors to avoid squinting

otherwise thats it smiling smiley

I just starting using Tonya Zavastas face cream and I just LOVE it, I have seen a change in the quality of my skin in just a week.

I've been eyeing the new products at the renegade health shop, it's costy but is all organic and incredibly high quality ingredients.

I am about to try out argon oil as a cleanser/moisturizer. I like oil cleansing myself, bentonite clay, aloe, vitamin E, food based skin care. There is a ton of info online and lots of books in the library. Taking care of your skin can be nearly free, just using a bit of what you already have in the fridge and cupboards.

Grapeseed oil is one of my favorite skin things. No "lotion" has ever made my skin as soft and fine as this stuff.

I like grapeseed oil aswell, but have not used it on my skin... I will have to give it a try! as it is I love jojoba since its got a super high amount of vitamin E, and rubs in really easy and fast...(why it makes horrible massage oil, lol)

Jojoba is also good! It's very moisturizing, but I didn't notice a decrease in the fine lines of my face until I started using grapeseed. Sometimes I use coconut oil but for the most part it didn't seem to have much anti aging effects either, at least not that I noticed.

Oh man, there are a lot of expensive items out there if one looks for it. I don't know if expensive is always better. To some extent it makes a difference, i believe, but anything more than $40 a bottle is tops for me.

I have heard of a $4,000 dollar basket, that is about 10 inches tall. A million dollar watch, 100,000 dollar shoes....

I have $100 bottle of skin scrub stuff that, to be fair, IS better than anything I've ever used on my skin. I doubt I'll be buying more of it since I can't afford it, but it was definitely good. I'm wondering what I can do as a raw version of that stuff.

List the ingredients here and I'll see what I can come up with Cora.

Un processed shea butter the whiter stuff not the yellow it's more pure... from an african at the african fest in Chicago...$10 and it last me a year... I suppose I should say 20 cause it does cost to get into the fest... otherwise since I have been raw my skin has never been better.. though I have never really had skin trouble anyhow!!! except this strange itching on my sides... but only when I've been living at my mom's for too long... may be time to go!!!

love laugh and dream
