Date: April 24, 2011 12:30PM Its only been 4 days give it time, there are little miracles in the world.
The reason many feel better instantly is because they eliminate many of the common food allergens, have been eating a high calorie diet so lose some weight etc. Re: no improvement

Date: April 24, 2011 04:01PM hi thanks for the replies,
In the morning I have a green smoothie- 1 cup kale, 2 bananas, 2 kiwis and lunch, fruit salad made with 3 types of fruit, dinner a raw salad made with carrots, brocolli, spinach, lemon, arugla and tomatoes. and I rotate the fruits every day. I am looking to improve my cravings and thought they would be a bit less by now, also i always feel tired and drained of energy :L thanks again for taking the time out to reply to this post :p xx Re: no improvement

When I first started raw, I needed to eat 5-6 meals a day to not feel hungry all the time. This is because initially, body wants a lot more raw foods to rebuild every cell in the body with the superior building materials. You are not eating enough calories to fulfill your energy needs. Put your daily menu into a nutritional calculator like fitday, nutritiondata, nutridiary, or Cron-o-Meter to see how many calories a day you are eating. Re: no improvement

Allow one month of Raw Foods for every year of cooked food abuse. If you're 24 years old, it will take 2 years to regain optimum health.....WY Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
