Am I getting iodine via himalayan pink salt?

All I can seem to find out about it is that it contains "many trace minerals". Even then, I don't use it that much, so I wonder if I am getting enough iodine in my diet. I get cold too easily it seems. Bananas have some iodine - I reckon I get 10% daily value through that.

What raw foods are you getting iodine from?

The best raw food and iodine source in general is seaweeds. They have multiple health benefits.

Iodine content of other foods such as fruits is dependent on the soil it is grown in.
