Am I getting iodine via himalayan pink salt?

Date: May 14, 2011 06:20AM All I can seem to find out about it is that it contains "many trace minerals". Even then, I don't use it that much, so I wonder if I am getting enough iodine in my diet. I get cold too easily it seems. Bananas have some iodine - I reckon I get 10% daily value through that.
