Hello,

Has anyone tryed a watermelon with kale green smoothie ?

Would it be ok to add watermelon with the kale, as far as digestion goes ?

Melons are supost to be eated alone, i guess that still apllies if you are drinking a smoothie ?

Why don't you try it and find out? It should be
fine. In fact, it might be a good 'balance'.
Watermelons are a pain to dispose of. (My English teacher
said to never end a sentence with a preposition). Sometimes
breaking a rule is okay.
I like to juice the watermelon rind (organic only). It's good
green juice, and makes the disposing a little easier.......WY

I like a watermelon and spinach smoothie. The lighter greens like lettuce would work as well.

I love romaine and watermelon, you don't even need to add water. It tastes so sweet and fresh.
