On the topic of Clement, i was watching that old 2000 debate with doug, clement and wolfe. Something Clement said intrigued me in that something along the lines of food contains hundreds of hormones and eventually science would show us literally thousands of more hormones. This is something that doesn't strike true to me. I know animal foods are pumped with hormones and that plant foods contain phyto-estrogens but ive never read anything to suggest that foods have hundreds if not thousands of different hormones?
