Thanks for all tips and info that you gave. I did find one nearby
HealthNuts store to sell wheatgrass juice.

I decided to try 2 ounce per week at this store.

1) when is the best time to drink wheatgrass?
2) Do I need to ask them to wash wheatgrass before jucing?
3) where should I find these seeds to grow wheatgrass?

Thank you.

Wheatgrass is watered daily, usually with very pure filtered water so unless there is dirt on it from where it's growing washing it is not neccessary. The best time to drink it is on an empty stomach but do NOT start with such a large amount as 2 ounces! It can take many weeks of regular consumption to work up to that much, start with one ounce and drink it slowly to see how you feel before you even finish off that much.
you can get seeds from many seed distributors. There are the seed people, sprout house, if you are in canada there is mumm's, many health food stores carry them.
