Date: November 07, 2011 12:42AM It was good for me to hear all this again, though very basic.
Keith Davenport is such a good speaker. He mentions Raw Foods and Enzymes 7+ minutes into the clip......WY [www.youtube.com] Re: Probably no one here has this problem

------------------------------------------------------- I don't know if I want his book or not. I think it has a lot of Herbal Formulas, but I'm going to buy it anyway. I'm not sure what he says about Mucoid Plaque is correct. I think Michael Perrine has a better explanation (see the end of his video). Use Psyllium Husks Powder (or Whole Husks) to show the shape of your Colon. Don't expect to pull out very much Plaque......WY [www.youtube.com] Re: Probably no one here has this problem

Date: November 07, 2011 09:15PM OK, I'll bite: This video was alternately repulsive and informative. I was reminded that the bowel is a very complicated structure. I was also reminded of stuff I learned as a premed but forgot over a decade and a half ago! Thanks for posting, WY Re: Probably no one here has this problem

Colon Health should be top-priority, even for Vegans. I've decided to do a little Fall Cleaning, by Water Fasting for a few days...giving my System a rest......WY Re: Probably no one here has this problem

Date: November 07, 2011 11:39PM What Michael Perrine was showing in the vid about how the stuff all mixed up and left to settle a bit and it coming out much like what he was showing .. well that makes sense to me
ive never managed to find a single video of a colonoscopy showing this mucoid plaque ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Re: Probably no one here has this problem

Date: November 07, 2011 11:44PM Oh I get it now. There was that one thread about water where they (singular, non-gender specific) said that they might as well be talking to a wall. In this thread they're satirizing what they feel is the lack of response to their comments by deliberately talking to their own self. My bad. With all the obvious multi-aliasing that goes on around here, I briefly became paranoid and thought...nevermind. I'm sure you see where this is headed. I'm sorry. Please disregard the "rigged" comment.
Good luck with your water-fast Wheatgrass Yogi. Re: Probably no one here has this problem

Date: November 08, 2011 11:30AM WY,
Please let us know how it goes for you; I don't think after all this time raw you would need to clean out further, but if you get a result, even more spiritual clarity, I'd love to hear about it. I haven't yet dared to do a water fast Re: Probably no one here has this problem

------------------------------------------------------- > I haven't yet dared to do a water fast That surprises me. Why don't you try a 24-hour Fast to see how you feel? All the early Health Practitioners taught Fasting as a way to rest the Body, and Heal (if needed). Arnold Ehret (my favorite), who wrote "The Mucusless Diet Healing System", went on several extended Fasts. Fasting is mentioned throughout the Bible. We have gotten away from our Roots......WY Re: Probably no one here has this problem

Date: November 08, 2011 09:34PM You're right, WY. I'll schedule one for the first few days of January as way to rest all cells after the stress of the holidays Re: Probably no one here has this problem

Date: November 08, 2011 09:45PM Good for once weekly mild fast, have a light breakfast, fast until having a light dinner the next day. One entire day of fasting but it's broken up so it feels like nothing . Re: Probably no one here has this problem

Date: November 09, 2011 03:31AM I think you'll like it. I always try to get some fruit or juice ready before I fast so that I don't have to do anything but grab it and consume it at fast's end. I also try to eliminate stress by just lounging in bed with some books, usually on diet or spirituality or maybe something funny. When I first started, simply going on the internet was too much for me in the last 1/3 of a fast. I usually go from 7pm to 7pm on the 24 hour fasts. My personal preference is to not go to sleep hungry.
Good luck with it. I'm always interested to know about different people's fasting experiences. Tamukha Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > You're right, WY.
