i want to know what other people think of these mostly seeds? i upon reading Grain Damage am seeking to find what would be the best of these for the LFRV diet

Don't understand the question.

I have sprouted buckwheat(which is kasha, btw), millet, quinoa. Have not tried teff, or brown rice raw. Don't have sorghum locally and am not interested in it. Sesame I eat soaked.

Where cooked is concerned, many people that don't tolerate grains do fine on these. I haven't read that book but Doug Graham probably won't care if you eat some seeds smiling smiley

i put sesame in a coffee grinder . (what is the name of that) hmm

i just wonder because these are the gluten free seeds? that i would like other peoples opinion on if that is more acceptable to L F R V

yea i get this from his book talking about the toxicity of gluten nerotoxic.

If the seed can sprout, or if it's edible raw and whole, like sesame seed is, there's no reason to not eat it if your body likes it smiling smiley
