How long does it take for you to prepare your meals?

I think that I prepare my meals and organize them ahead of time in a very reasonable amount of time. But I always read that it's so hard to prepare raw food meals and the diet is too consuming. To me, that's not true at all.

About 20 min for my morning jar of veggie juice.
Longer for all the chopping, washing, spinning, and bagging of the veggies to get them ready to grab each morning to shove into the juicer.I would say that phase is about an hour after my market run.
Its all WELL worth it!

I find preparing raw meals is so quick, as for a start there's no cooking. Though it's best eaten right away after prep if possible, at least the same day. I find that even if it's sealed and refrigerated, it just doesn't taste the same the next day.

Cheers,
