Today I had my first experience with a coconut. It was parked on the refrigerator for two weeks. It came from a far oriental contry I don't remember and it had a white color.

I cut that pupy as best as I could and drunk the water. Alleluya! This will save me in the food world. It tasted it very good. Then I spoon the inside and it was even better! wait a minute. This cannot be raw food legal!

Sure it is, all in moderation. Probably one of the best foods you can get but don't over do it!

The young coconuts that come from Thailand have been dipped in some kind of fungicide. If your coconut tastes funny, don't eat it. Eating some in moderation ought to be OK, but it has been said that the fungicide can leach in through the husk and the shell and into the coconut flesh and water.

I went to look at the label and yes, it is from Thailand! It as wrapped in thin plastic and had the label "Best Coconut" aroma young coconut from bestorientalproducts.com

What is moderation? Could I eat a whole coconut, or that's too much?
