Date: March 16, 2012 12:18PM Hey,
I wonder if making your own B12 is possible. Right now I feel good and I think my B12 is good but I am worried about the future. I don't like injections and that seems extreme to me. So here is the deal. What would happen if I use juice with Kefir (non dairy Kefir) + Azomite? I use Azomite right now on my weatgrass trays and it contains Cobalt (the element necessary to produce B12). I've seen on the Azomite website that people 'drink' azomite by itself and some experience benefits. What's your opinion, doable? Thanks Re: growing your B12 juice from Kefir and Azomite

How will you know that you've succeeded? Maybe you're a biochemist, I don't know Here's the Wiki entry on B12: [en.wikipedia.org] The paragraph headed, "Synthesis and Industrial Production," may be of use. Re: growing your B12 juice from Kefir and Azomite

I don't know how to measure it This is my plan. I'll get this: [www.amazon.com] Then, I think I'll disolved one teaspoon of Azomite in a bottle of 17 Fl oz of spring water (that I can shake). Then I'll make a very sweet juice (grapes?) and I'll add the grains. To this, I'll add a little of the Azomite water. Then wait 24 hours. Repeat every day. If you see see me in the news flying around, you'll know it worked Re: growing your B12 juice from Kefir and Azomite

Used the kefir juice to ferment a bowl of raw rolled oats overnight with a little of the azomite water. That would be like a fortified breakfast cereal Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
