vegan epa & dha omega 3s in one supplement.

I bought a couple at a Vitamin Shoppe while I was waiting for my son
s chess tournament. Heretofore, we've had vegan omega 3 dha supplements. Now we may have omega 3s in dha and epa both long chain supplements in one pill. ... all vegan. Fuhrman has committed to changing dha purity to dha & epa purity.

Until then. vegan omega 3 insurance is cheap. 1 tablespoon of flax seed and a blood test is ok .. ow. [ovega.com].


at least for now, that looks pretty good. glycerin in the label is plant derived.
