Do you have an opinion on this subject? Thanks Re: hormone neurotransmiter change in raw food

Fruit is rich in lots of flavonoids and other compounds that change the way hormones are regulated... something about the pith of citrus fruits easing menstruation, for example. Tony's study is a goldmine for that kind of info. Cherries (especially the tart Montmorency variety) are the highest fruit source of melatonin, second only to barley grass. That's about all I've got. I'd love to read more if someone finds something interesting! Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 05/14/2012 11:38PM by phantom. Re: hormone neurotransmiter change in raw food
