Anybody have a reference to articles about this subject? I would like to compare them to cooked food.

Do you have an opinion on this subject?

Thanks

The only thing I have to offer is that Brian Clement says that cooking destroys hormones.

You can look for "Left in the Dark" by Tony Wright on Youtube... he talks about how raw fruits and other strong medicinal plants impact brain chemistry. Not quite sure if that's EXACTLY what you're looking for, but it's super interesting.

Fruit is rich in lots of flavonoids and other compounds that change the way hormones are regulated... something about the pith of citrus fruits easing menstruation, for example. Tony's study is a goldmine for that kind of info.

Cherries (especially the tart Montmorency variety) are the highest fruit source of melatonin, second only to barley grass.

That's about all I've got. I'd love to read more if someone finds something interesting!
