adventures with kefir

Hi folks

I'm enjoying messing about with water kefir lately. I love this site: [users.sa.chariot.net.au]

I've been experimenting with adding various herbs to the second ferment, leading to some quite unusual flavours winking smiley Wondered if anyone else had any experience / tips? I'm pretty much just making up amounts / recipes, would be good to get some solid info on the effects of the kefir on different herbs.
