Hello!

One of my relative was diagnosed pre skin cancer recently. The stuff that he needs to put on his skin from the pharmancy is just scary, the side effects!!...My God.
So I wandered if anyone can share some information about a more natural or homeopathic medicaton that works (in the US).
Thank you for the help
Leila

Fluorouracil and Imiquimod rock! They make the skin younger again. This is more truly akin to turning back the clock than anything a diet can do but it is only a skin-deep intervention.

Way way better than having holes all over your face. Do you want me to post pics of what people who don't get treatment look like?

And yes they are harsh. But so worth it.

There seem to be something beneficial about putting caffeine directly on skin cancer (not drinking it). Take a look at it.

I wonder if getting a little Vitamin B17 in the diet would help ?

Lejla,

What is the form of the pre-cancer? If it's a mole, this from Shazzie may be useful(warning: medically yucky photos):

You're right, it's got serious side effects, but probably better than cancer:

"Unfortunately, fluorouracil also affects normal, healthy cells and therefore it produces serious side-effects during long-term treatment. The most important side effect is in the bone marrow where blood cells are made. Regular blood tests may therefore be needed to prevent the damage becoming permanent."

Thanks again for the posts.
Yes i heard about b17 before, and the caffein might be a good idea.
Tamukha, In this case it`s not a mole, but just some redness on the skin hardly visible. Anyway he needs to use this strong thing on his skin for about two weeks then some other medication for a short while. I hope during this time he won`t experience bad side effects.
I heard that coconut oil is the best thing for the skin when we go to the sun, but for now we needed something stronger. Pity.

I know people have cured skin cancer through fasting. I just read a couple years ago online a first-hand account of a guy who had a melanoma on his back that he tried to heal with a macrobiotic diet. It would go away for awhile and then come back. Finally he did a 3 day water fast and it was healed and never came back. I'm sure there are many similar instances of healing out there.
