Yes. Fatigue/detox may last 3-7 days, or so

Well, it will be worth it. I remember about 20 years ago, I was all vegan and felt so great most of the time. I cant believe it was that long agoo... however, I am 37 and feel 25

It is more about how I feel though.

wow, time flies, doesn't it?! crazy!!

i had already been vegan for 6 years or so before i went raw (and even as a cooked food eater, my diet was still like 50% raw) and i still experienced a detox: cold-like symptoms, tired.

For sure, that sounds like me. I have been gluten free, dairy free for at least 8 years and 80 percent vegetarian in general. However, this is still an adjustment.

Do make sure you are eating enough calories for energy output, and that you are drinking plenty of clean, potable water, Michele.
