Yes, less breakouts, healing scars that were 7+ years old and stagnant (from mole-removal surgery), lips brighter red pink/fuller, eyes whiter and brighter (sometimes lighter in color), glow in cheeks at times, healing of new injuries quicker.

michelem, My skin tone got darkish because I wasn't getting sufficient B12. Now, I have my peaches and cream complexion back because I use Red Star Nutritional Yeast which isn't really raw but it's more effective than B-Complex vitamins as I had been taking those for years with no improvement to my dry/chapped lips. I also found that Zinc helps.

My skin texture got better in that the acne isn't as bad but I still get pimples. When I was eating less fat, attempting 80/10/10, my skin got super dry, crinkley, and thin like raspy rice paper.

Yes, my injuries do heal faster but it also helps that I do Reiki on myself.

Good luck. Therese
