Hi All

So, I have a question, and I feel like my metabolism is slowing down by eating more raw foods versus the blood type diet when I ate fish. I am wondering what I can do to keep me going without heading backwards to fish or fat.

I also think that I was doing yoga more often and I started doing weights again, thinking it would make feel better...ugh, I feel yucky today and yesterday was a pretty raw day.

Any thoughts?

I also think I overdid it on the carbs,,,, and need to watch this. Feeling very "puffy" sad smiley

I would put my focus on getting the liver to work right. It does so many things (600 functions). I think the liver uses even more calories than the brain. With a good working liver, everything flows.

I would try to juice beets and carrots every day.

Hey there

I am wondering about beets..how should I prepare them? I never even bought them before, but I tried some today at whole food salad bar, they were pretty good.

Thanks.

I juice them.

Also read about the T3 and T4 hormone and hypothyroidism, which could be caused by a iodine deficiency.
