Date: January 21, 2013 08:09PM No grains unless you have to eat something. Grains are always better than nothing. For example, if you are traveling and there is nothing else, then eat what ever you find. If you feel low 'calorized' in your diet for any reason, then add grains.
There are many books on recipes and many online recipes. It depends on your raw philosophy (or raw school). Re: daily menu
