Hi
I am trying to get an idea of what everyone eats everyday... in general. Is it salads, and fruit?


vegetables and fruits? no grains, correct?

No grains unless you have to eat something. Grains are always better than nothing. For example, if you are traveling and there is nothing else, then eat what ever you find. If you feel low 'calorized' in your diet for any reason, then add grains.

There are many books on recipes and many online recipes. It depends on your raw philosophy (or raw school).

Morning raw granola nut mylk fruit
lunch raw vegan dish or savory green soup
dinner salad with pate, rolls, or lots of smoothies
