Date: February 06, 2013 09:59PM Post up everything that you ate yesterday. Would be fun and interesting for those of us who are new or fairly new.
Thanks you guys! Right now, a typical day for me, foodwise, looks something like this: 4-5 Medium Oranges for breakfast 2 Apples (1 hr later) 12-16 oz. Fresh Juice (Carrots, spinach or chard, italian parsley, celery, lemon, green onion) Huge Salad (usually just greens and avocado) Another Juice Handful Nuts and/or seeds *somedays I add a smoothie to the above. Probably not enough calories. ? Tryin to figure out what to add to my intake. Mindy Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 02/06/2013 10:08PM by mindy66. Re: POST UP what you ate yesterday

Date: February 06, 2013 11:59PM lol I found some organic blueberries on sale this week so yesterday looked like this:
1 honey due melon. 1 blueberry, banana salad 1 blueberry, 1/2 papaya salad 3 oranges w blueberries 1 green salad (1/2 lb+ "spring mix" with blueberries and some chopped dates) 2 apples with some walnut stuffed dates 2 bananas and rest of papaya 1 green salad (1/2 lb+ "spring mix" with celery, blueberries, chopped dates, and ground flax) 1 bowl chopped blueberries with finely chopped mint leaves and cannabis leaves and flowers. Spicy! Not my typical day...What can I say, the berries are really, really tasty! Probably ate 2 more lbs today! Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 02/07/2013 12:10AM by swimmer. Date: February 07, 2013 06:18PM Kidraw,
Whats in a raw 'cinnamon roll' with berries and maple cream? I haven't been making any complex stuff lately, but that one sounds pretty tasty. Re: POST UP what you ate yesterday

Date: February 07, 2013 07:15PM I mail order them from here -
[shop.puremarketexpress.com] Unfortunately the maple cream has maple syrup in it, which I know isn't raw, and they're frozen, which isn't optimum, but I find mail-ordering raw prepared food helps me keep up my weight. Some of their desserts are really good, BTW, but the ice creams are not. Re: POST UP what you ate yesterday

Date: February 08, 2013 01:07AM So fun to read!! Panchito, I wanna be like you when I grow up. ha! I can't imagine getting all of the food into me. I'm impressed and look forward to being able to do the same someday. Do you grow some of your own food to save money?
Michele, I am a bit stuck with eating the same things almost daily also. I'm getting tired of my food too! Thank God that Spring is coming and that there will be more options! Do you go to a Farmer's Market weekly?? If so, have you found any organic farmers there? I am very grateful to have a FM only 10 minutes away from us that we can go to every Sat. morn. Although there is but one Organic farmer there, he grows alot of variety. Let's see if I can remember what they had last week; 3 varieties Swiss Chard, 3 var. Kale, Broccolini, Some beautiful, funky looking cauliflower (looks like a plant that came from bottom of the ocean - ha), 2 var. Bok choy, 2 var. Daikon, 2 var. Radishes, lots of diff fresh herbs, including parsley, 2 var. beets, turnips, rutabaga, 3 var. lettuce, tangerines, fuju persimmons, and other things that I am sure I am forgetting. I told the farmer last week that he is my lifeline! I just made a salad dressing that was good, however I just eyeballed everything. Expensive though. 1 C. Raw, Organic Cashews (that you've soaked in good water for 2 hrs., drained) 1/2 t. Onion Powder 1/2 t. Garlic Powder Good Salt to taste handful fresh parsley basil 1/2 C - 1 C Water I used my Vita Mix but saw a gal (who I got the main idea from) on YouTube use her food processor. Prana posted a dressing recipe on my big, long thread that you can find if you look around a bit. Even if you don't feel it optimum, can you share what an avg day of food has in it for you? Maybe you and I can encourage one another with some easy food ideas. Blessings! Mindy Re: POST UP what you ate yesterday

My digestion is now more agressive. When I eat now, it is like feeding wolves. The raw jopurney will help you become in touch with your body and its needs. The mind lives in a bubble and your body is your real life. You'll develop special ears by not listening to what the brain says. Though it is not easy as that is what they teach people from baby. They teach the brain without listening to the body. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 02/08/2013 10:20AM by Panchito. Re: POST UP what you ate yesterday
