Date: March 09, 2013 02:30PM Everybody sees what they want. A sick person have no other way but to live in illusions thinking that is the truth. His illusion is his success. But the mind lives separate and disconnected in a bubble. It is a hard thing to realize that the problem is the mind that tries to save you. People don't need to be masters of anything. Date: March 13, 2013 05:37PM funny, I've been thinking about this lately. How fire was a new 'technology' when it was discovered, and how that really changed the way we eat, and how the argument is often put forward that cooking food helps us access more energy from it etc (ie, we haven't necessarily got time to sit about chewing lots of leaves etc)... And yet, now all these years into the future, we have new technology (eg juicers etc) that can help us to access more nutrients from our food without all the negative aspects of heating.. and I wonder how our ways of eating will adapt and modify as these new technologies come out. Date: March 13, 2013 06:31PM raw food used to be called 'unfired' food. People think they eat meat. But they eat fired meat. People use now the term 'food' to refer to 'fired food' and 'raw food' to refer to real food. They twisted the language and change unfired to raw (because it would make fired food sound bad jeje). There is a book called 'The foundation of All Reform' that says that eating fruits is the singular solution to the social ills of overcivilized humans Edited 2 time(s).
