bloated

Today I am setting my mentality back to raw again. Feels good.

However, I am bloated today. Does this happen to others when they go raw?

I did have raw fish for lunch so tomorrow I will try to go without that as well... like I was told, take one day at a time, I will get there.

And... we really dont need alot of protein like I thought. I felt better without so much.

Raw fish is not digestible. Try adding raw juices to your diet.

Thanks for your feedback.

I have this blood type diet still in my head because I was on it for so long and it seemed to work for me in general for a while. Now, I think it is hard to maintain and it recommends I eat ALOT of meat/fish... I dont feel comfortable with my food choices when I follow it.

On the other hand, I seem to struggle with trying to staying raw, but I am doing better in general.

Have you considered a raw buddy or vegan buddy? Are you on Facebook? I can try to help you out but I'm also in the middle of a move and relocation, but it sounds like you need more one-on-one help and inspiration.

Hang in there. I know how you feel, my family still eats meat like last night they went and got takeout. When they brought their food in, I started to prep my sunburgers with raw almond cheese, topped with tomatoe slices. I know my food even tasted better than theirs and was a lot prettier. I try to have a plan for the evenings because if I don't I may give in and I can't do that. I feel sick if I eat meat, dairy and bread. Let me know if I can help.

don't eat raw fish if you have poor digestine. If you have bloating you have poor digestine.

Can you tell me about the sunburgers? I am gluten and dairy free, and soy free.

Gotcha. I am working on it. I guess I just get confused about what to eat to fill me up. I had a ton veggies with some hummus but then I felt bloated again... too many veggies? is that even possible?

Okay, I found it. Go to rawfoodsdiet.wetpaint.com/sun+burger+recipe. I'm at work right now and this recipe is just like the one I use. very simple. Main ingredient is sunflower seeds. enjoysmiling smiley
