Fanatical about food?

I found this video to be very refreshing and helpful for those trying to live a healthy life. I hope people understand that I post videos like this to counter those which are (IMO) a bit obsessive about diet. For instance, Megan mentions about using 80-10-10 as a yardstick rather than being so attached to 10% fat every day. So looking at the long-term when deciding how much fat to consume (for instance, how much in one week versus per day. This way someone could eat more that 10% fat sometimes without feeling like they were totally blowing it). Re: Fanatical about food?
