I've heard of people using a dehydrator to eat it. I think it was used for a raw pizza crust.

Glad to know that it is ok to eat. I am going to Farmer's Mkt tomorrow (if my migraine is gone) and planning on buying up more veggies to plant in garden. She will have eggplant.

ha ha John.

Prana, I just ordered a sedona dehydrator yesterday.
Once my eggplant is ready to pick, I think I will try the pizza.

Now, I am just wondering if there is a way to "can" many quarts of RAW tomato sauce without cooking??

Anyone know?
