Question: I decided to get the generic non-stick sheets and I just discovered that they (as well as Excalibur's Paraflexx ones) are covered in Teflon. I am also SO making power wraps (cheeze-filled nori sheets) and flavored pumpkin seeds. Ani Phyo has an interesting recipe for banana crepes, which just involve bananas and flax seeds. Very simple and sounds purty good... Re: Just ordered an Excalibur 3926TW
