kidney stones

Does anyone have any suggestions on passing a kidney stone?
My son went to the emergency this morning and found out he has a stone and is trying to pass it. He is a sad eater, but I think if I could suggest some things he could do or eat, he might be interested as the pain is that intense!!!
Thanks.

Wheatgrass, it does a body good!!!

I don't know what they all are. I also think lemon juice in water daily is a help. But drink it with a straw to preserve teeth enamel(stevia for sweetness) - it dissolves calcium to all sorts - and thins the blood, by the way, as powerfully as coumadin.

My prayers and love are with you. Kidney stone HURT!

I recently read on another raw list that someone passing a kidney stone would do well to eat nothing but watermelon for a few days. I hope he feels better soon.

Take care,
