I finally checked out the documentary from the library. I had no interest in watching it because I figured they were preaching to the choir. Nope. I learned stuff and found it very interesting.

LV, I learned to pronouce CAY-SEEN. smiling smiley I always wondering about that one. I thought it CAY-SEE-in.

It featured a study done on casein and its negative impact upon the body at a certain level of consumption.

I liked the comprehensive coverage of various aspects of veganism. I also appreciated learning about the China Study, which I had heard about but never bothered to read up on.

I saw another documentary and had to stop after 15 minutes because it was so dull and IMO crappy. It was pretty popular, too, but I cannot recall the name of it.

"Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" was awesome, too. smiling smiley

casein, that's in cheese or something, right?

as far as "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead"

the title of that nearly turned me off LOLsmiling smiley
but i actually saw it and it was surprisingly good
more alive than the title
if yer interested in how 60 days of juice fasting
turned a dude who was "fat, sick and nearly dead"
into a force for dynamic change
then see this movie !
otherwise
stick to your salads smiling smiley
