Date: August 30, 2013 04:37PM I eat it regularly despite a slight thryroid imbalance. Just small quantities and plenty of other things. A few years ago I read a wonderful article by Viktoria Boutenko about keeping balance in the diet by varying greens, that any negative impact was make a non-issue just by virtue of mixing things up . one thing offsetting another or having time to be metabolized etc. there's a reason why , during lunch hour ( at school) there was a different food item for each day ( granted the lunch was super unhealthy... but still... they understood the idea of "rotation" so i give them a point for that Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
