I miss Powerlifer

Where are you my friend? If you were still around I probably would have gotten a thorough and compassionate response to the rosacea thread I started earlier today. Instead, it was buried within a 1/2 hour. Your passion for health is sorely missed.

I had emailed Powerlifer through his website last month and he got back to me and said how he's fine and had decided to take a break from the stress of the board and was asking me about my herbs I'm putting in my smoothies and he said, "tell the others i was asking for them if you can."

What herbs are you putting in your smoothies? I've gone minimalist lately. Besides the basic fruits and greens, I'm only adding cinnamon and ginger.

Right now it's Ashwagandha Root and Rhodiola Crenolata (although I read there's a different form of Rhodiola that's better somehow) and sometimes Moringa leaf, but I'm sort of suspicious of the moringa - that it makes the smoothies thick and foamy or that it makes my stomach hurt - so I'm experimenting with that. I have a bunch of other herbs stored away that I bought on sale at great prices, but I don't want to use too many at a time. I also put in the Sun Portion Green Adaptogen which has Chlorella, Suma and Maca. Not sure if Suma and Maca are herbs. Which ones are you using?

powerlifter

how do u drink nettle leaf tea
do u forage for it then boil it and drink through mesh
or do u get it dry and boil it and sieve it

there used to be someone on this forum ( can't recall the name)
but he said he rolled it up and ate it to not get the formic acid sting part
that part was on the inside
but he also juiced it too

did u ever juice it?
