Date: October 10, 2013 08:40AM I just ate some steamed corn after 2 months of raw food and juicing.
And my stomach felt like @#$%&. If steamed corn (which is as raw as cooked foods can get) can trouble a raw foodist's stomach so, one can only imagine how much @#$%& completely cooked foods or even cooked meats can give to the raw foodist. Re: Eating steamed corn after 2 months of raw food diet

Date: October 10, 2013 01:33PM Powerlifter, if you're advocating a cooked food diet, I'll pass on that. You can keep your high zinc, high stomach acid, super efficient digestive system diet.
I'll continue on my above 95% raw diet and see how far it'll take me. Re: Eating steamed corn after 2 months of raw food diet

Date: October 10, 2013 02:34PM I eat both raw and non raw/cooked foods too. It's just our % of raw is different. Re: Eating steamed corn after 2 months of raw food diet

Date: October 10, 2013 08:29PM Why would you steam corn? I always eat my corn raw, much nicer. Re: Eating steamed corn after 2 months of raw food diet
