Raw vegan diet

Regarding whatever is happening at 30bananasaday:

Other people really are still vegan and raw.

My personal belief has always been that 80-10-10 is not sustainable, because of all the restricted foods. The recent happenings at 30bananasaday support that belief, but don't confirm it....because we're talking about 2 PEOPLE, who happen to be human beings just like the rest of us.

This is even more true for a raw vegan diet generally. Even if 80-10-10 isn't sustainable, this doesn't mean the same for a raw vegan diet generally.

In my opinion, a balanced raw vegan diet that doesn't restrict nutritious foods like nuts, seeds, sprouts, and seaweeds, and includes B12 is sustainable.

That doesn't mean everyone has to be 100% raw vegan. If someone prefers something else, that's perfectly fine too.
