l don't like the parents chances of over-ruling the state because under law the state actually owns the child because of the Cestui Que Vie Act 1666. If a parent doesn't legally claim the child back within 7 years all ownership of the child is assigned to the state. Many people don't realise that parents actually don't own their children, the state does and can do as they please. To make it even worse, the child and parents are only clasified as trustees of the Cestui Que Vie trust and legally have no legal right to be general executors of the estate. Even if they try becoming executors, the law would classify them as the executor de son tort.

Of course the law and courts are acting unlawfully because the legal contract we entered imnto never divulged terms and conditions which makes the contract null and void (it's a huge fraud by the courts), but you really have to know your law to get around it. It takes years to master the law to a Judge like level, that's why most people don't have a hope unless they decide to show compassion for the parents.

You can beat the judge and lawyers at their own game if you know what you are doing, but they are full of unlawful tricks to get the upper hand.

See...the fraud is that the courts and govt use an unlawful trust and unagreed upon Act as an excuse to over ride the rights of the true parents, but of course they never admit this because it is unlawful and fraud. But be careful...if you take them on they get very very funny and don't like it because they know we have the power over the courts if we expose the void in the fraudulent trust law. If you don't demote the judge to executor de son tort and play the role of general executor you are finished.

Actually, we are classified by thr govt and courts as dead, that's why we get corporate titles like Mr and Mrs. We fell overboard off the ship and were never claimed back by our parents.
