Vegetable protein for powerlifting or bodybuilding

Hi all,
I'm italian guy and I'm vegan.
What are the best vegetable protein for these sport,someone who can give me some advice? I practice bodybuilding but I have a lot diffilculties to increase my weight.

Most importantly would be sprouted grains if you are grain tolerant. I would also use soaked nuts and seeds.

Yeah, usually I eat homemade sprouts, but I don't have tried again grain sprout, I will make sure!
One question?
Why put them soak the nuts?
