Need something filling but not fat!

Hey all
I need some good food ideas that you can mix well and digest well. I am looking to get more full. I feel that fruits, veggies, and greens are not enough, and was wondering if anyone had any really good smoothies, or anything that's not fattening, but would fill my system up.

I wamt to start getting back into smoothies like frozen banana, banana, coconut and coconut meat.

With my "condition of Candida" how many times should I have smoothies a week to limit the amount of fat.

And isn't coconut meat good fat for you and not necessarily bad?

I have stopped eating avocados with my salad for now, and have tried soaked almonds, which I liked with my salad. About 10 or 12 of them.

How about banana ice cream? Freeze a bunch of ripe bananas, and process in a champion juicer with the blank plate. Yum!

For variety, add some frozen berries into the mix.

Hmm, what could work Bryan. I've done that before actually in a good processor and really like it. For something like that, how long would it take to digest and when is the best time to have something like that?

Fruit smoothies are great too (you can have them any time of the day). Example - bananas, some other fruit of you choice, water (some like using a few dates as well). Very filling (my 6-foot husband confirms), easy to make, and delicious! (There was time when my family lived off smoothies, when we discovered them for the first time. We used to have them 3 times a day.)

how about good salad.......of U'r choice?
i mean anything that U want/like/love/fency goes into it,
even pre-soaked seewead
(wakame's my favorite!), ....shreaded beet?....papaya chopped up=for digestive aid...
....some seads or nuts or seed cream/butter freshly made for dressing, ....etc.etc.)...

go by U'r healthy instinctual drive/craving...

don't worry - you can eat avos smiling smiley At least as far as I know - the only fats you really need to worry about are the ones that have been heavily processed and you'll only find those in foods not packaged by mother nature.

The best raw smoothie i've ever had (and incredibly filling, keeps me satisfied for 3-4 hours) is:

Raw tahini, frozen banana and fresh raw almond milk. I blend it in my food processor rather than blender because it is more creamy that way and the processor requires less liquid to make it smooth. The result is a thick creamy (reminiscent of soft serve) consistency that is so satisfying. Maybe not low in fat, but tahini (sesame seeds) are very healthy and high in iron. yum.

I thought you didn't have to worry about fat on a raw food diet?

If you feel hungry, and it's a raw, healthy fat, you should be able to digest it no problem.

Personally I've always eaten tons of fat on this diet and still lose weight.

Those sprouted nut and sprouted grain raw snacks are my favorites.
