biodynamic sprouting

I have been following (vaguely!) biodynamic concepts for the past couple of years with my gardening, but for some reason I never thought of it when soaking and sprouting seeds for microgreens etc.

The thing is, I'm not sure what 'category' some seeds are in (ie, of the four: leaf/water; fruit/fire; root/earth; flower/air). I originally presumed wheatgrass would be classed as leaf, but then I read it would be classified as fruit. So now I'm wondering what chia would be classified as - leaf? Also, grasses such as barleygrass, spelt etc.

Hoping that some of you might be able to enlighten me smiling smiley
