biodynamic sprouting

Date: January 04, 2014 01:31PM I have been following (vaguely!) biodynamic concepts for the past couple of years with my gardening, but for some reason I never thought of it when soaking and sprouting seeds for microgreens etc.
The thing is, I'm not sure what 'category' some seeds are in (ie, of the four: leaf/water; fruit/fire; root/earth; flower/air). I originally presumed wheatgrass would be classed as leaf, but then I read it would be classified as fruit. So now I'm wondering what chia would be classified as - leaf? Also, grasses such as barleygrass, spelt etc. Hoping that some of you might be able to enlighten me Free Newsletter: [bit.ly] Facebook: [www.facebook.com] Instagram: [www.instagram.com] Blog: [RawFoodScotland.co.uk] Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
