Cool name smiling smiley.

Ive always liked Natasha, she was always honest about her diet and the backlash she received was never fair or justified and was usually from the likes of the 80/10/10 thugs who ended up failing the diet themselves ironically in the end.

Some of the backlash was because she was coaching people on health and she was lying about feeling healthy. She just wanted to eat meat and she should of gave all the people she was coaching their money back. All these ex-vegans come out and say how awful they felt when they were vegan but all of a sudden once they eat animal flesh everything is great.

Wow, imagine coaching people how to be healthy on a diet when you feel aweful yourself.

I think Natasha is a good soul and it was a pity she was given a hard time for failing to thrive.

lt's interesting how people can go downhill so quickly on a raw vegan diet.

When these ex-vegans say they felt "aweful", what were their symptoms?

when people play the role of the expert, they don't want to ask for help so that their status quo does not go down (they would be no expert anymore). So they keep their porblems to themselves and they may never fix them. All the suddden they swing to a new theoretical model diet where they can be experts again. This time they may trash their previous diet anc create all shorts of expert justifications. It was about expert images and not asking for help. Thay may say, no! I switched because I don't believe in supplements > Then in their new diet they may take many but without anybody pointing a finger at them.

I don't know about that. She said she was nauseous her whole pregnancy and she looks damn good--has never changed in appearance since I started following her a few years ago--and is in her late 30s. She's had all sorts of medical issues so she's a special case, as far as I am concerned. Her B12 issues are what led her to go back to meat. She didn't "just want to eat meat!" She had been a vegan since 14 so that says to me that she didn't care for meat all along.
