I saw this article as well, nothing that wasn't already known though. I wonder if pouring water on grass before you ground would be just close to or just as effective as if it was dew.

I grew up in a third world country and walked barefoot on and off for years and years and it never helped my health as far as I noticed. I like walking barefoot but I don't see any specific health benefits. Only lfrv helped me.

this is actually of high interest to me
how would you use earthing equipment paraphernalia
to GROUND while you are using WiFi (i'm very electrosensitive)
and to ward off WiFi electromagnetic frequencies ( feels like i am microwaving my brain when i use WiFi... when i'm not home, this is the only option )

what materials could i construct
and what would the set up be
i tried to do some research on this a while back
but then i got overwhelmed
what about copper in shoes?
and mats on the ground?
and how can i test that i am not receiving the wifi emf's
is this even possible?
any electricians out there?
or people who have tried this?

i am highly interested
and all and any info would be GREATLY appreciated

You lost me after modern electricity...LOL...

If you have the three prong socket, you may still not be grounded. You need to look in the electric panel and see where the main ground goes. If it is not connected to anything, then it is not grounded but the little tool will show as good. Many places connect to a big metal rod on the ground. You can also make your own metal rod outside and run a thin wire through the window.

bw, I mean modern electrical wiring, that is properly grounded to the earth.

I love my earthing sheet, sleep on it every nite, as I know I don't get outside on the ground enough, especially in winter. Thanks for this thread, it inspired me to buy a pair of earthing flip flops

What about the neighbor's wifi, smart meters, cell towers, etc? Perhaps one can make a faraday cage out of aluminum foil.

Darn it. I don't like the looks of that "Quite Zone Retreat" much at all even though I wouldn't have to give up my linen sheets for what look to me like uncomfortable unwashable cotton/silver Stepford sheets.

I hope there is a more elegant solution around the corner for the sake of both us and the wild life.

check the magnetic fields! (and not so much the electromagnetic fields) In my room it used to be safe, but the magnetic field changed and it is huge now. I got the same meter as prana I think. Somehow my room is under the water heater (basement) and it is huge there. I measure industrial plants and huge transformers and it is the same. I think it comes from the gas lines (ferrous metal pipes) that magnetizes the water heater. It pegs the meter all the way to the right in the least sensitive range (huge). Now I sleep in a different location. The lesson is that the magentic fields change quietly around the year and you could be sleeping like next to a huge transformer.

Does anyone know about specific crystals to have near you when by EMFs? Black tournmaline? You could get small rocks for a few bucks versus one of those pendants for $50 or more.
