You have lots of good options there.

A blueberry/banana smoothie with fresh squeezed orange juice?

A tomato/cucumber salad with minced onion and mint-avocado sauce?

I'm sure you'll get some other ideas too.

Usually I have juice or juicy fruits in the morning, sweet or semisweet fruits for lunch (no bananas or dates) and heavier food for dinner like avocado, tomatoes or mixed salads and some nuts.

ever try shepherd pie? very satisfying at night

here it goes :
bottom : mix of minced veggies
middle :fresh corn
top layer : mock potatoes ( creamy sauce with almonds or cachous)

TAKE 2 OZ OF SOAKED WALNUTS AND MAKE A PATE WITH THE CUKES AND TOMATOE...........ADD 1/2 AVACADO SLICES TO A COUPLE OF LARGE ROMAINE LEAVES AND ROLL IT UP............

YOU HAVE THE MAKINS OF SOME GREAT SMOOTHIES WITH THE FRUIT.............MOST OF THE TIME I ADD KALE...OR SPINACH .........AND 2 CUPS OF WATER TO THE SMOOTHIES............THE GREENS ADD MINERALS AND CUT THE GLYCEMIC LEVEL...........LESS DROP IN YOUR BLOOD SUGAR .......

One of my fave summer salads is tomato, cucumber, and avocado all chopped, with a squeeze of lime and a pinch of dill.

Chopped apples and walnuts, with a drizzle of whatever liquid sweetener you use (agave, raw honey, or whatever) and a dash of cinnamon; my carnivore fiance LOVES this.

For the other fruits, I agree with a smoothie, or perhaps a fruit salad with mint.

Or a yummy gazpacho with the tomato, cucumber, and onion, garnished with cubed avocado.

Ooooo, maybe a mock tabbouleh with shredded eggplant, chopped cucumber, onion, and mint?

Can I come over to your house for supper? :-D

Try avocado with sea salt and pepper!! It's like scrambled eggs and you can eat it right out of the shell!
