Becoming youthful on the raw diet and siezing your birthright.
Date: March 15, 2014 12:12PM

Today was an interesting day. I was talking to a bunch of people who don't know l do the raw diet and they always thought l was in my mid 30's. When l told them my age (quite a bit older) they were shocked.

A neighbour who lives behind me once spoke to me over the fence. It was poor light, but they thought l was late 20's and were shocked when l told them my age.

Sometimes l think l do look in my late 20's, other days l look 30's, and other days l look my years lol. Some days we look better than others. Some days l look dreadful, but other days l am blown away when l look in the mirror.

On SAD l used to look quite a bit older than my years. I am getting younger for sure. But the biggest gift of raw is the great physic intuition you get with the 6th sense, it's amazing how well it serves you. You can read people very well, sometimes read minds and become part of them (unintentionally), sometimes know when someone is going to email or call you, and you don't have to think so much because everything becomes much easier (you are mainly guided). Your artistic side skyrockets and it is much easier to master subjects with minimal effort.

Raw is a very good thing indeed. Nothing beats it...so powerful. You can become what you were born to be and seize your birthright to live your dreams. Everything Kulvinskas says is true about raw, that's why he is the best raw speaker of anyone imo, he knows what it does.

People say that we don't know people who we have never met, but that is not true. We are all connected and we can tune into people we have never met. I won't say anymore about that.

TSM, in the photo of you that was posted a while back in an article I would guess that you are in your late forties to early fifties. Was that just taken on a bad day?

Where's that picture?

It's always nice to put a face to a voice or in this case a poster.

In fact, I wish I could see what everyone looks like!

It would be nice to know if you were talking to a 10 year kid or a 500 pound slob!

It is not enough to just eat raw to transform the body into a youthful body, you need to have your digestive system working properly and also to get into shape physically by exercising.

That was taken shortly after l went back to raw. Not a good photo at all, but all l had available. Late 40's or 50's???

Vik becomes young again:

About 75 here, but kind of looks like a boy again:

Exactly. When l went back to raw l was a mess and didn't feel the effects of all raw for the first year. I'll never forget the time when l was drinking alfalfa juice and l felt my first surge of power come into my tired and sick body after 12 months of effort. It was then that l knew l was on my way, and things improved day after day from then on.

Here he is recently too in this video:

You can't deny that he has gotten younger.

How did he do it? Enzymes, high raw sprout based diet, stopping old bad habits, finally being at peace with himself.

In the above photo (by the tree) he was close to death because he was a binge eating bulemic and fasted so much that he was starving himself.

Vik never felt good around people because of his mental disorders, but now he is a brand new boy. winking smiley He also swears by the AFA blue green algae for mental functioning. This video gets interesting about 5 minutes in:

Viktoras Kulvinskas about blue green algae, chlorella % spirulina
[www.youtube.com]

The AFA is a very unique food and l do swear it helps brain functioning. Unfortunately it is reported to be toxic and some people don't do so well, but many swear by it and do great. The first time l had AFA l worked a 22 hour day with no tiredness and felt like a 10 year old, and a heavy work schedule seemed like a holiday. It was only like that on the first day...the effect was very very noticable.

He looks good now i think, for his age he has a good glow about him, when before he looked quite ill if im honest. Hadn't he been claiming to eat high sprouts, the importance of raw enzymes and such for years though ?

Like the rest of the gurus who have looked terrible at some point on the raw diet and now look better, i have to wonder if they have also found out that what they were promoting didn't work out in the long term and are now eating other foods.

Maybe not, but i have seen this drastic yoyoing in appearance with many raw foodists. To change from looking ill to healthy so often isn't a good sign in my opinion, and i have to question whether these people are yoyo crash dieting i.e trying to eat raw then failing and eating meat plumping back out healthy for abit in appearance, the guilt kicks back in and they go back to attempting to eat an all raw diet again but end up malnourished before long.

EDIT: Also you might like this site on copper toxicity TSM which has alot of information not really diet related to copper, which is interesting [www.tvernonlac.com]

What mental disorders did Viktoras have and does he still have them but just a lot more easily controlled?

Yeah, from what I remember in passing.

Here are some points of reference with ages listed - I'm sure not all of them have had plastic surgery, etc. It's my observation that hclf raw vegan men age more rapidly than the general public and the visible celebrities who's ages are known.

Granted celebs can afford the best foods and spas, etc., but they also are known for generally for succumbing to pretty unhealthy habits, too.

I actually heard David Wolfe speaking about something similar to this one time and he used Charlie Sheen as an example. When people are engaged in unhealthy habits (drugs in Sheen's case) and then stop suddenly, all of those toxins that are being stored in the body get a chance to release and as a result, age you (Charlie Sheen seemed to age like 10 years in a matter of months after quitting drugs). So if someone is on a SAD diet and never detoxes, they may look younger but eventually those toxins may manifest into disease. Many pictures of celebrities, though, are photo shopped and finely tuned to make them appear as best as possible, so it's unnatural and fake. The raw movement, even though still very small compared to the masses, is just now gaining a lot of members so we'll see in the next few decades how well some of the current raw food "leaders" are aging. However, I think we're putting too much of an emphasis on LOOKS, which does not always represent an individual's state of health or youth.

He claimed to eat sprouts, but he wasn't practising what he preached. He would do sprouts for a while (often way overeating), then would vomit it out each day, fast, then way overeat on cooked vegetarian junk food and go in circles like that for years.

I wouldn't think Vik is eating other foods. I think he is the real deal now. With N.H people l do think most are eating other foods because it would be a tough diet to live on. If you live on good quality sprouted food and a very nutritious raw diet l think it is much easier to stick with the diet.

I believe this could be the case with many. My 6th sense tells me that there is not many genuine raw leaders out there, it's the vibe many give off. Vik definitely gives off a good vibe and l would be very surprised if he was eating animal products, l highly doubt he would be.

Vik couldn't talk until he was 14, he was born autistic. He was a catatonic schizophrenic, had bi-polar, anti social anxiety disorder and was kept down in class for three years running. He got onto the sprouts when he was in his 20's and started demonstrating genious level abilities and could function much better, but he still had problems around people and was prone to sabotaging his raw diet. He nearly died. Then he reports the AFA blue-green algae allowed him to stabilize his eating habits and interact with people properly for the first time in his life, that was 25 years ago. After doing the diet properly for so long and healing his very sick body he has become renewed and is at his best in his entire life. He is in good health, good with people and has a good diet that is sustainable.

He claims his mental disorders are now gone. Sure he is eccentric, but he doesn't have all that mental baggage anymore.

That is very interesting, i was just writing that the way he moves his arms in a very rigid plane like motion is similar to what ive seen in individuals with autism.

Which brings me back to copper toxicity and other heavy metals which can often play a role in these type of conditions. Schizophrenia, bi-polar type symptoms and social anxiety disorder are also typical with copper toxicity. I would bet if he was born with these problems that he would likely test positive for kryptopyrrole disorder(pyroluria) and possibly other bio-chemical issues such as under-methylation given his symptoms.

Many of the algaes and such will be strong chelators of free copper, ive seen it in myself with success having copper and other heavy metal toxicity. Id harbor a bet that he'd do much better on a proper zinc balanced diet like Dr Wilsons though.

The lack of zinc is showing in the first picture of him, not only his skin but the dry coarse hair. The latter pictures of him show tight supple skin.
