Brilliant video.

way to go john.

How in the world does he eat all that stuff before it goes bad?

(i didn't agree with the eat fat to slow down digestion and reduce hunger - it's not necessary after you've done this for years, but otherwise great stuff)

Yeah, that was a lot of food even for me, but the papayas, mangoes, and citrus I think are easy to eat in abundance and don't have that many calories.

I could have sworn I read somewhere dogs were allergic to avocadoes. I guess it's not true. hahah smiling smiley

It's toxic for birds, rabbits, horses, goats, etc. though
so it's a good thing to keep out of the compost bin.

Thank you, Suez. I didn't know that.

Oh, another thing John mentioned that intrigued me is making coconut milk with a juicer. I have seen FullyRaw Kristina make almond milk in her Omega VRT. If it takes out the process of straining, I think I will try. I have some young coconut meat.

I don't but more than 2 avocados at a time (even if it is more expensive over time) becuase they go bad fast. I also don't eat more than 2 avocados a week smiling smiley

I think they're allergic to the pits but they shouldn't be eating those anyways lol. I rotate oils (coconut oil and avocado oil w/ curcumin) I mix with one of my dog's food and there's been a noticeable difference. Avocado oil is great for their joints, skin, coat, and a rich source of antioxidants and healthy fats.

You're welcome, but you can't make coconut milk from young coconuts - you have to use the mature ones.

Go ahead and buy them in bulk. I used to make big batches of guacamole when avocados were on sale and freeze them in single portions. Just make sure you thaw them slowly in the fridge.

NO brown avocados for me. Once you freeze them, they lose the life frequency and the contact with O2 boost the AGEs

I guess you still have to use your vitamix for the juicer-made coconut milk
